Resolved XML API not working

I use XML API to create account email and to list account email.
Today it doesnt work.
It worked normally until last time I used it 3 days ago.
There is some fix for this? Or something to check?

Could you provide more details what does not work? Do you see an error message? Are errors logged to the panel.log file? Is the API turned "on" in the panel.ini file?

no error messages, the response is empty
From server A I call server B and in both server in panel.log nothing related to this problem
There is no API setting in in panel.ini, never been as for what I know the setting is to limit API features
It was working surely until october 19 when I created an account email via API, same code, same key, I made no changes
 
Hard to say what's going on if there are no messages logged or displayed. In that case the best option will be a support ticket with Plesk support so that an engineer can check the situation directly on your server. https://support.plesk.com
