You are using an unsupported version of Python. Only Python versions 3.7 and above are supported
 
Plesk installs the default Python version from the original OS vendor repo. If you like to update Python you'll have to find a third-party repository. There are plenty of tutorials and how-to's online. Google around a bit and I am sure you'll find something for CentOS 7.
