• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • We’re working on enhancing the Monitoring feature in Plesk, and we could really use your expertise! If you’re open to sharing your experiences with server and website monitoring or providing feedback, we’d love to have a one-hour online meeting with you.

I have followed the link you provide me but when I create a Let's Encrypt certificate for Plesk it shows this error

Error: Could not request a Let's Encrypt SSL/TLS certificate for optimistic-tu.MY-IP-ADDRESS.plesk.page.

Go to http://optimistic-tu.MY-IP-ADDRESS.plesk.page/.well-known/acme-challenge/THEKEY
and сheck if the authorization token is available.
If it is, try to request the certificate again. If the token is not available, there may be an issue with your DNS configuration.
Your domain in Plesk is hosted on the IP address(es): , but the DNS challenge used another IP:

Eventhgouh, I have used the subdomain certificate for securing Plesk and it works successfully.

But still, the HTTPS request to Plesk shows an error this connection is not private
