I'm installing gremlin-server on Plesk using his docker container but I got an error reading default settings: If I run it on my local docker I have no problems. How can I fix the settings on Plesk?

I've already installed and Uninstalled Plesk. Now i want to install it again. But there are so many files inside plesk folder in programme folder in windows. These files can not be deleted says some of files were using can't be deleted. How to install it again ?
