4.2.3 Install Error

I downloiaded the 4.2.3 package , I executed , it proceedeed to do another download but only downloaded 4mb of 38MB , so the extract phase failed .

I am using that file , but when I do the install it tries to download another 40MB file called sitebuilder-4.2.0_build080704.169_winx86.zip ,"
that with an extension ".zip"

but aborts at 4MB into the download

The problem should be investigated closely and Sitebuilder developers are interested in the issue you faced during product installation.
Please create a ticket for the issue and provide details that may help to investigate and fix the problem.

We rechecked this scenario and found error in setup.ini file. Updated files are in testing phase now, but you can help us to check them. Please do the following:
1. Clear your browser cache
2. Delete C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Install folder
3. Download full bundle at: ftp://download1.parallels.com/SiteB.../sitebuilder-4.2.0_build080704.169_winx86.exe
4. Install it
5. Report us here about the results.

I did the procedure you provided and was able to move past the extract to the installation phase .

But got the error below - I beleive I corrupted a file, how do I save my sites , I donot have an sbbackup.
