On the 'software requirements' page, I read that apparmor must be disabled on Debian.
Is that still the case?

Is it planned to support AppArmor for Debian in the future?
Is the implementation so different then on Ubuntu, where it is supported?

I disabled AppArmor after installing Plesk on Debian 11 on one server. Is there something else I have to do?

Actually, the recommendation to disable AppArmor is only made if you are upgrading from Debian 9 to 10 and if the bind service is unable to start after that. This is mentioned in our dist-upgrade guide.

If it is a fresh installation, disabling AppArmor is not necessary.

Ah great, so for a fresh Debian 11 installation, AppArmor can stay active.

You can.
I think you'll be fine as long as you don't decide to dist-upgrade.

No one has yet made a dist-upgrade from version 11, so it is impossible to guarantee for sure that there will be no problems.
