• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hello, I am experiencing this issue when trying to perform a backup:

Warning: Subscription "xxxx.com.ar"
file_put_contents(/var/lib/psa/dumps/clients/clubaleman/domains/xxxx.com.ar/.discovered/backup_info_2311180437/props): Failed to open stream: No such file or directory
Error:
Unable to create the remote backup: Repository error: Failed to open the file '/tmp/pmm-de-tmp-repo-iEPEE7/clients/xxxx/domains/xxxx.com.ar/backup_domainmail_2311180437.tzst4': No such file or directory

Are your /tmp and /var/lib/psa/dumps paths located on a physical local drive or partition?

The symptom you describe is only known for Windows installations so far. I think it will be best to open a support ticket for it so that staff can check it on your server.

I was able to solve it by manually deleting the contents of the directory /var/lib/psa/dumps.
