Hi,

i am using the backup manager to backup daily to external ftp store.
Since 03. august i get errors (only 05. august without errors).
The backupspace is reachable and folders exists.

Error message:

Unable to create the remote backup: Transport error: unable to check directory existence: Curl error: (28) Timeout was reached: Last FTP request: NLST Last FTP response: 200 Type set to A

Did you check "Passive" mode in the backup settings?

I check it and look tomorrow.
