Backup to ftp repository error.

Hi,

I have problem with ftp repository backup.
FTP server is working properly (backup other hosting,vps panels) but with plesk I receive error:

Backup task finished.
Task was created by with guid (7b11897b-d9d9-4d2b-acf1-d69a373e0cb7)
Creation date is: 2012-Aug-16 03:10:01
Task status is: error
Dump full name is:

Plesk 10.4.4

Please help me.

That error could mean your server failed to FTP the backup file to the FTP resp. You need to check with:

1. FTP server settings
2. Firewalls
3. Server to FTP resp connections
4. On the server it self, you should be able to run: #ftp ftpserver.com

Problem fixed - ftp serwer must have default ftp port (21).
