Question Backup User for Backup Manager

Hello,

I cant connect to the backup storage since update Plesk Obsidian 18.0.34

Curl error: (7) Couldn't connect to server: Last FTP request: PASV Last FTP response: 227 Entering Passive Mode (62,210,18,28,249,233)

I try to add configuration file for my ssh user /home/myuser/.curlrc with --no-ftp-skip-pasv-ip option and now i can connect to my storage using CLI

But i dont know wich user is launching the Backup Manager in Plesk and where i can add Curl config file to fix the problem

I try root , psaadm, backup

Strange. It should be fixed in 18.0.34: FTP backup functionality is not working after Plesk upgrade to Obsidian 18.0.33 version: Failed EPSV attempt. Disabling EPSV
Try to apply workarounds from this KB article at least.

Thanks for the link. Workaround 1 didn't work and the hosting service doesn't allow active mode. So i ll wait or setup a new FTP server for the storage
