Cannot update plesc when using autoupdate.plesk.com server

Hi there,
I am trying to update plesk and I am getting the following error. I know that this problem is old, with google I have found a lot of simillar problems but no sollution yet.

Well, this problem is more strange while considering that someone said that access is denied to "strato" web hosters, but I have checked again with proxy server (over my own internet access line) and no success either. More than that I have cheched that file with wget and I am getting the same error.

Please help!

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION AND STEPS TO REPRODUCE
cannot download updates or update to plesk panel 10.4.4. The process will fail with HTTP error 403.

Test access to that particular file directly:
wget -O plesk-10.4.4-suse11.4-i386.inf3 http://autoinstall.plesk.com/PSA_10.4.4/plesk-10.4.4-suse11.4-i386.inf3

Test original plesc installer:
wget -O - http://autoinstall.plesk.com/one-click-installer | sh

Test installer again once it was downloaded from server (with previous test):
/root/parallels_installer

ACTUAL RESULT
access to file: http://autoinstall.plesk.com/PSA_10.4.4/plesk-10.4.4-suse11.4-i386.inf3
is denied with HTTP ERROR 403 (Forbidden)

EXPECTED RESULT
Installation success.

First of all make sure that hostname autoinstall.plesk.com is resolvable and not firewalled.

Hi Igor, of course I have checked the network connection. There is no restriction on autoinstall.plesk.com.
As I have mentioned, the call "wget -O - http://autoinstall.plesk.com/one-click-installer | sh" is successfully downloading the plesk_installer, but further, to get updates I have no success.
