• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Can't load templates

I think you should charge these guys for doing all their support :D

Make sure it is checked.

BTW: I'm running Win Server 2003, PHP Version 5.0.4, MYSQL 4.1.7.

If anyone can help I'd be greatful!

Pie.

The "Support" link in the top right of the admin area is supposed to be a direct link to good support. Of course, by the time you get to the admin area, you have already overcome most of the need for support so I have never used it. :D

I tried to explain this to their managment but it feel on deaf ears.

Not sure what version of PHP you are using but my version (4.3.2) has extension=php_xslt.dll in the php.ini

If I remember correctly, I tried using PHP 5 and had similiar problems to what you are describing. I reverted to PHP 4.3.2 and everything worked for me.

OMG....I'm on my own then......cue the tumbleweed across the road as the wind whistles... :D

Now running PHP 4.3.1.1, did some .ini tweeks, now working but can't upload the SiteBuilder Key so still running in demo mode. Even tried hack by adding to .key in folder, I'm doing something wrong obviously, can anyone help? Thanks.

Pie :D
