Issue Cant reinstall drweb

pilleee

New Pleskian
Hey guys,

I updated to Plesk version to 12.5.30 Update #51 (https://docs.plesk.com/release-notes/12.5/change-log/#12530) at 30th September 2016. After that, my Spamfilter is not working properly anymore. I found out that a wrong installation of DrWeb is probably causing the problem. Every week, I get emails like this:

/etc/cron.daily/drweb-update:
Mon Oct 24 06:39:04 2016 {W} [32078] Dr.Web Updater ($Id: fbb3ca1734c5e75ae3008acef02c2f1032ac44cf $) started ...
Mon Oct 24 06:39:04 2016 {D} [32078] Dr.Web Updater ($Id: fbb3ca1734c5e75ae3008acef02c2f1032ac44cf $) script path is /opt/drweb/update.pl
Mon Oct 24 06:39:04 2016 {D} [32078] ParseSection(updater,;#) has been called ...
Mon Oct 24 06:39:04 2016 {D} [32078] ParseSection(updater,;#) return( 0 )
Mon Oct 24 06:39:04 2016 {D} [32078] ParseSection(daemon,;#) has been called ...
Mon Oct 24 06:39:04 2016 {D} [32078] ParseSection(daemon,;#) return( 0 )
Mon Oct 24 06:39:04 2016 {E} [32078] failed to load parameters - section [daemon] not found in /etc/drweb/drweb32.ini
ERROR: Dr.Web Updater: failed to load parameters - section [daemon] not found in /etc/drweb/drweb32.ini !
Mon Oct 24 06:39:04 2016 {I} [32078] Saving last update cache data...
Mon Oct 24 06:39:04 2016 {I} [32078] Nothing to save into last update cache!
run-parts: /etc/cron.daily/drweb-update exited with return code 30

That makes sense, because if I look to my /etc/drweb/drweb32.ini file, it just contains those two lines:

NotifyPeriod = 2
NotifyType = Everyday

I then tried to remove and reinstall drweb with the following command:

/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --remove-component drweb
/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --install-component drweb

The installation fails with the following message:

Sie besitzen die neueste Produktversion und alle ausgewählten Komponenten sind
bereits installiert. Die Installation wird nicht fortgesetzt

which means that I have already the newest version, all selected components are already installed - so installation won't proceed.
BUT obviously that's not the case, because /etc/drweb hasn't changed, /opt/drweb is completely gone and even the server components overview in plesk says that "The component was not installed". What's going on here? Thanks for any useful replies ;)

Try to uninstall it completely with

# rpm -e drweb-common drweb-updater drweb-bases psa-drweb-configurator drweb-daemon

Nope, that didnt work, because all these packages are not installed. I did that with apt instead of rpm:
apt-get purge drweb-common drweb-updater drweb-bases psa-drweb-configurator drweb-daemon

dpkg -l | grep drweb returns nothing as well.

Hello but this command don't work??

rpm -qa | grep drweb| xargs rpm -e

No, because I use apt - not rpm.
ooohh , i'm sorry, you have ubuntu distro?? if yes try first to search drweb in repository:

Code:
sudo apt-cache search drweb

and if find package

Code:
sudo apt-get remove --purge {package-name}
sudo apt-get autoremove
sudo apt-get autoclean
sudo apt-get clean

apt-cache search drweb returned nothing - so no package was found

Then I did:
Code:
sudo apt-get autoremove
sudo apt-get autoclean
sudo apt-get clean

And run install command again
Code:
/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --install-component drweb

But the problem persists:
Code:
root@atom-168:~/b# /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --install-component drweb

Thank you - that solved the issue.
However, the main problem was that my Spamassassin Spamfilter doesnt work after update. It rates Mails that are defnately spam with score -2.7 (send by http://www.emailsecuritycheck.net/index.html).
Here's the Maillog:

Well, as I said above, the Problem still persists. First, it cannot connect to the drweb daemon, second Spamassassin is not working properly..

Add: When I try to start the drweb daemon with /opt/psa/admin/bin/drwebmng --start
I get this:

Code:
/opt/psa/admin/bin/drwebmng[9044]: Unable to start drweb antivirus daemon

In fact I think we are talking about two different things, the plesk believes DrWeb are installed, but is is not installed from what I've written, I do not know well ubuntu, but I think you have to locate DrWeb packages of plesk, try to install whit atp command , I know it's risky, but making a backup before you try.

So, now I reinstalled Plesk completely from scratch, and the Problem still occurs. That's very strange in my opinion.
Mails, which should be spam never get a score greater than 0.

The Spamassassin service is running and is writing to the maillog.

Hi pilleee,

consider to MOVE the "drweb.ini", as for example with the command:

mv /etc/drweb/drweb32.ini /etc/drweb/drweb32.ini.BACKUP

Afterwards, consider to use the command:

aptitude reinstall drweb-bases psa-drweb-configurator drweb-updater drweb-libs drweb-common drweb-libs32 drweb-daemon

or/and

dpkg-reconfigure drweb-bases psa-drweb-configurator drweb-updater drweb-libs drweb-common drweb-libs32 drweb-daemon

Next, pls. CHECK, that the "drweb.ini" has been fully installed and not a corrupted file, as you documented it within your starting post of this thread.

If all installed as expected, pls. run the command:

/opt/drweb/update.pl

... to be sure, that all works as expected and post back ( possible ) errors/issues/problems from your command line for further investigations.
