Clean Install of Plesk 8.1 - License Issues

Hi,

I host a dedicated Windows Server 2003 box with SomeCompany.com.
My Web Server was recently compromised by a virus/worm and had to be formatted and re-installed completely.

SomeCompany offered to install Plesk 8.1 instead of Plesk 7.6.1 during the re-install process, which we accepted.

After installation, everything seems to be fine, except that extra add-ons that were purchased for our previous version of Plesk are no longer usable.

I need to be able to use software like SpamAssassin, MSSQL, Tomcat etc.

My current license key:
PLSK.00XXXXXX.0001

My old license key (As on my Plesk 7.6.1 installation):
PLSK.00YYYYYY.0000

I submitted a support request to SWSoft but have not recieved anything so far.

I tried to call the sales department of SWSoft, seeing that this is sales related in some way and I cannot afford the premium or per incident support at this stage.

This is VERY urgent, as my clients cannot have their sites down for much longer.:(
