cobalt to plesk 7.5 migration tool?

Can anyone tell us how to migrate a cobalt
to plesk reloaded 7.5, there is supposed to be a tool for this?

HELP!

Does anybody has experience in migrating Cobalt (RAQ4) to Plesk 7.5.x witch Migration Manager? I tried several time, got only errors transfering the MM to the Raq. The problem seems to be, that "root" is not allowed to connect to the RAQ via SSH or telnet. Only user "admin" can do so. So I installed sudo and gave admin all rights. But no way, problems transfering.... When i logon from the Plesk-box to the RAQ as admin via Telnet/SSH there is no problem.
Any hints?

Thanx dm__ for your time. I tried to contact plesk-support, but plesk was preinstalled on our server by the hoster, an plesk-reseller. So plesk adresses us to the provider for first-level-support. I dont think they can fix it because the only look in this forum and the sw-soft-faqs. It's a bit bad, because the migration-tool (which is designed for our old RAQ4-server http://www.sw-soft.com/en/products/plesk/switch/) was one of the things which took us to our decission for plesk. But no prob, i will do it manually, it takes some nights (and trouble with my wife .

I could not select anything in Migration Manager about the server to migrate. Am I blind? The only optiond ar the IP-Adress, if I would log on as root or other user, specifying the root and the sudo-pwd.

Ah, I see, they changed some things in the 7.5.3.

I can see the following snippet in /usr/local/psa/PMM/scout.pl:

Try to execute this with the perl at the RaQ side: may be your perl doesn't work well with the updated scripts?

Not sure if this will, but you can change the settings on your cobalt to allow direct root logins. Check out the file /etc/ssh/sshd_config. Make sure you have this line in there:

PermitRootLogin yes

and then restart ssh. Now you can login via ssh as root.
