Daily maintenance error

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION AND STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Following error report every time after anacron or cron runs the daily scripts.
/etc/cron.daily/logrotate:
/etc/lsb-base-logging.sh: line 22: /dev/console: Permission denied
/etc/lsb-base-logging.sh: line 22: /dev/console: Permission denied
/etc/cron.daily/sysklogd:
/etc/lsb-base-logging.sh: line 22: /dev/console: Permission denied
/etc/lsb-base-logging.sh: line 22: /dev/console: Permission denied

Error report

EXPECTED RESULT
No error :)

ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Anacron runs every night and is started by a manually added cronjob. (Instead of removing anacron.)
