Question Difference between Key Administrator and Partner Central

Currently Plesk offers two interfaces to manage licenses. The Key Administrator (https://ka.plesk.com:4000/) and the Partner Central (Plesk Partner Central).
I just don't understand the point in having two interfaces.
It looks like both offer the same kind of functionality, however the UI is different. When creating a new reseller/customer we can define the permission to log in for each of these seperately.
Does anyone know about the intention between these two? Why not offer just one?

Thank you for the question. Let me clarify a bit.
Partner Central should be the main one for you. We made it specifically for our partners and tried to transfer all the basic and additional functionality for them there.
In the future, there is a goal to remove access to KA and leave only Partner Central for partners/clients.
In the KA for us (different internal teams), some system operations are not in Partner Central (we will transfer something there), so while both exist simultaneously.
