Issue DrWeb antivirus cannot start

Hello!

Im using plesk Obsidian in a EC2 instance but Im not able to start the DrWeb antivirus:

On ssh I receive the following error:

Redirecting to /bin/systemctl start drweb.service
Failed to start drweb.service: Unit not found.


Tried these methods without any luck: Unable to start Plesk Premium Antivirus ( Dr.Web ) on Plesk server

Any help will be appreciated!! Thanks

Can you check the presence of /lib/systemd/system/drwebd.service - yes, it should be drwebd !

Also, can you give me information about your Plesk version? And which OS do you use?

PS It seems very likely that you run an old image - you should check the Plesk version and upgrade the Plesk instance if it is not the latest version.
