I realy have the same problem after the plesk update from 11.0.9 to 11.5.30 on a ubuntu linux 10.4.4 LTS vServer.

The message from the cron is:
/etc/cron.daily/drweb-update:
ERROR: Dr.Web Updater: key file not found !
See Dr.Web Updater log file for details.
run-parts: /etc/cron.daily/drweb-update exited with return code 50

Please help me to fix it.

Ups, you are right.

11.5.30 Update #8

There was a similar issue, but it was fixed in previous updates. Is you drweb32.ini readable? Do Key options in it point to valid places?

When I demand restarting of DrWeb, I have this error:
Error reading /etc/drweb/drweb32.ini!

That's no good. Do you have the file? Are there any other related errors (maybe in system logs)?

As I have seen in /opt/drweb/ the lisenskey is realy missing. I opened a ticket at my hoster. I will inform you.

My log contains 9406 lines and latests lines are here:

Currently, I am editing drweb32.ini and modifying "CronSummary" command "yes" to "no" to not receipt any message about DrWeb.

As I have seen in /opt/drweb/ the lisenskey is realy missing. I opened a ticket at my hoster. I will inform you.

The answer to my ticket at Strato - translated by google:
Please understand that the STRATO support only covers the first steps to configure Plesk software, the technical functionality of the device, as well as the validity of licenses to be made available. Impairment could not be determined.

I recommend getting the support resources under http://www.parallels.com/de/support or the Parallels Plesk forum of the manufacturer to be used for a possible solution.

So, they made the mistake but don't want to help me. Please tell me what to do.

Same Problem here.

Strato Root-Server with Plesk on CentOS.
I updated Plesk to 11.5.30 today. Since Update I get:
"ERROR: Dr.Web Updater: key file not found !
See Dr.Web Updater log file for details."
instead of the old Update-Email.

PS: I cannot say that I really understood all of the Licensingthings, because I just use the Strato-Package and any Strato-Licenses I got. I am a beginner in Plesk and SSH and klicked on "Upgrade to 11.5.30".

I got an answer from Strato because of my problem today. Here is the (german) answer:

Thanks!

I got my Licence from https://www.strato.de/apps/CustomerService...,
I uploaded it at "Start>Tools & Einstellungen>Lizenzverwaltung>Parallels Panel-Lizenzkey"
(but there was no checkbox to check "Replace the currently installed key with selected one")
Then went to "Keys abrufen".
It showed "Key-Update-Status>License key XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX is up-to-date."
Logout-Login

There still is no drweb32.key in /etc/drweb or /opt/drweb/
I see if the error still is there in some hour and I'll check back here.
