Error: No migration agents found. Data migration is not available.

The scenario is the following:

Source server: Windows 2008 Plesk 9.5.2
Destination Server: Windows 2008 R2 Plesk 10.3.1

After successfully migrated some domains, I received all the time "Error: No migration agents found. Data migration is not available."

The Migration Agent is synchronized and is ok.
I´m trying with other destination server and works. I cannot figure what changed or what happened.
I´m sure the problem is in destination server because I cannot migrate to it from other sources...
