After the latest plesk micro update I am unable to create new domains or change user passwords.

Does anyone else have this issue? If so, can you please help!

And if that fails to work as I have noticed today, then apply a boot strapper repair. It did solve the problem:

/usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp11.0.9-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh repair
