Issue Error when entering the file area

Hello, for a few days when I try to enter the file area of my domain in plesk obsidian, I get the error that I attached in the image file, does anyone know why it could be, I also wanted to tell you that a new one has just been installed version of plesk obsidian, I hope you can help me, I have done plesk repair all through ssh but still the problem continues. - Are you using symbolic links, e.g. did you point the subscription root to a different location on disk using a symbolic link?
- Is /usr/local/psa a real path or a symbolic link?
- Can it be fixed by running systemctl restart sw-engine?
