Error while attempting to upgrade from 10.4.4 to 11.5.30

Hello

I am encountering a problem while upgrading from PLESK 10.4.4 to 11.5.30, I always get the following message:

Detecting installed product components.
Gathering information about installed license key...
File downloading PSA_11.5.30/plesk_getkeyinfo.sh: 100% was finished.
Exchanging information with licensing server.
File downloading PSA_11.5.30/plesk_getkeyinfo.sh: 100% was finished.
Exchanging information with licensing server.
Failed to check whether a new license key is available.
Failed to check whether a new license key is available.

Could you please help me to solve it?


Here are the OS details:
Version Parallels Plesk Panel v10.4.4_build1013111102.18 os_CentOS 6
OS Linux 2.6.32-220.4.1.el6.x86_64

Try to use --ignore-key-errors option for autoinstaller. After upgrade you may install new license key in Plesk GUI.

Thanks for your response but do I have to purchase a new licence key? the licence I have for 10.4.4 do not allow to use PLESK 10.5.30 ?
Is there a way to know wich versions of PLESK Panel I can use with my actual licence key?
