Every Day we do an update with 11.5.30 #13

Since update #13 have been installed on my Windows 2012 Server, every day, when C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\php.exe -q -dauto_prepend_file="" -c php.ini "C:\Program Files (x86\Parallels\Plesk\admin\plib\DailyMaintainance\script.php is running, i've get the mail:

Try to install latest MU again with

%plesk_dir%\admin\bin>ai.exe --select-product-id panel --select-release-current --reinstall-patch --install-component base
 
Guys, we have already submitted bug regarding this issue (PPP-3887 for your reference). Developers are working on it and I hope it will be fixed soon.

I tried to go to the update page for the panel but I get this error:

Syntax error in file C:\bc863ef5b26604644ae4d0e8ce5159b3\parallels\panel.inf3: Error reading Attributes.

Even if I change the directory I get a similar error: Syntax error in file C:\test\panel.inf3: Error parsing Element.

Even downloading the ai.exe auto installer and following the directions found here: http://kb.parallels.com/en/112166
After it downloads the products.inf3 and panel.inf3 files, I get the error Error parsing Element for the same file (panel.inf3)



It appears that there is a problem with the update file downloaded from the official site.
 
i have the exact same error and it's almost a week now.
worst thing is, every time this happens, the whole server crashes!

This Bug still exists after 1.5 months now! I'm getting it on Linux Debian.

Any update on PPP-3887 or how to see it's status?
 
Still not fixed. It's been six months already.

I don't see why it's taking so long to add a simple if statement to the code.
