Issue Extensions don't install / work properly

Hi everyone,

I am having an issue with installing / using Extensions in Plesk Obsidian.

Version: Plesk Obsidian v18.0.19_build1800191002.12 os_CentOS 7
OS: CentOS Linux 7.7.1908 (Core)

The issue started occuring recently, I assume when I started using Cloudflare and / or Let's Encrypt

Here is an example Screenshot of my Docker Extension

Any ideas / help would be greatly appreciated
