It seems that "apt.sw.be" is not working but what do I do about it ?
Couldn't resolve host 'apt.sw.beapt.sw.be
 
Could you please show output of command:

# cat /root/.autoinstallerrc

If you see any mentions of apt.sw.be there - just move out this file and run upgrade again.
 
I suppose that you have some kind of related repository enabled. Try to find it first with

# ll /etc/yum.repos.d/
# yum repolist enabled

and then disable it. It is usual CentOS administrative task not related to Plesk.
