Hi,

I'm having a problem with updating my Plesk panel.
I'm currently using 9.5.2. and eventually want to update to version 10.1.1

Now I've been told that I need to update version by version, and so I've tried.
I've tried to update the 9.5.3 version, but I get an email "Failed to update the Panel."

The emails says:

What should I do to make this a succes?

I hope someone could help me!

Kind regards,

I would like that eventually. (In my Update overview I only see the updates till 10.1.1)

Are you known with this problem of a failed update?

Not all of us can upgrade, and not all of us want to even if we can. 10.x broke a lot of the ways people use this product and introduce a whole bunch of different management. A lot of us will stay on 9 for quite some time so telling people to upgrade to fix a bug is not a good way to deal with bugs.
