Issue File Manager Plesk problem

Can anyone confirm such problem in file manager ?
I have adjusted upload file size to 3GB from that link, Changing the Maximum Upload File Size
And i am getting such behaviour on all modern browsers (chrome, mozilla)
Plesk Onyx v17.8.11_build1708180301.19 os_CentOS 7

Does anyone have any clue why this happens ?
ps. I have tried different files, all same situation around 220-230 mb

Maybe you hit this issue and have to use integer values in bytes for post_max_size and upload_max_filesize parameters:
Cannot upload any file to Plesk after changing post_max_size and upload_max_filesize: The file "Test.jpg" is too big. Try to upload this file via FTP

and just for the sake of interest, how long does it take until the upload aborts and starts again? maybe it could also be the timeout of a session
