• Debian 11 has reached its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.81 is the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Issue Ftp bug with path to FTP Repository

MADsserver

New Pleskian
Dear all,

I've setted up the ftp settings to upload the backups to my other server with ftp.

I get this error when the backup is done:
Unable to upload dump to FTP, it remains in server repository and you can manually download and upload it to FTP. Upload diagnostic message: Repository error: Destination directory 'ftp://domain.nl:21//' does not exist

The backup files are stored in the repo. And what i found od is the double slash at the end of the domainname.

I think there is a bug in the final state of the backup proccess. (See the double slash)

Hope to here from anybody on this issue.

Most probably that passive FTP ports are blocked by firewall. Check it with command line - connect to your FTP Server with ftp utility and run dir command.

Why are the files uploaden then?

Wich ports must be open.

I got 21 open.

Its at the and of the backup proces.

And i want to upload the files in THE root of the ftp directory.
