FTP Error: "Failed to retrieve directory listing" on Plesk 12.0.18

Hi,

First of all, sorry for my English.

I have severals servers with Plesk Pannel (CentOs) and all of them works fine except 1 of them. In this server, when I try to connect to the FTP vía FileZilla the server do the connection properly but dont list the directory. I check all configuration about the FTP acount, also the firewall in Plesk and I haven't idea what's happening.

The error is :

Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing
---------------------

I also tried Pasive mode, Active mode ... all.

This looks like a known problem. Have you checked KB - http://kb.odin.com/en/119525 ?

Thank you Igor, great article, I didn't show it.
The problem looks like the firewall has a bug or it was frozen. Now FTP is working well.
