FTP error: Such working directory does not exist

FTP error: Such working directory does not exist or access to the working directory is denied.

I keep getting this error when trying to verify publish settings. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First of all make sure that all requirements for the publishing host are observed:

From the error it looks like that:
1. Specified working directory does not exist
2. FTP user does not have access into this directory (can not write into it)
3. This directory is password protected or something

Check all these possible variants and let me know how it goes.

There is either a problem with connecting to the HTTP server specified in the web site URL, or the web site URL does not correspond to the specified publishing location

Make sure that publication settings are defined properly depending on which publication method is used. Here you can find detailed description of each publication settings parameter including site URL and working directory:
