Question Horde send attachements button

Hi,
I have Plesk Obsidian v18.0.35_build1800210430.11 os_CentOS 7
with Horde Webmail Horde (5.2.23)

With a new message pop up I can't send attachements. There is no button or arrow.
What's wrong ?
