Horde web.config

Hello

Iam facing with 500.19 - Internal Server Error when i try to enter webmail on my server.

Detailed error is like this:

Module IIS Web Core
Notification Unknown
Handler Not yet determined
Error Code 0x80070005
Config Error Cannot read configuration file due to insufficient permissions
Config File \\?\C:\inetpub\vhosts\webmail\horde\web.config

However web.conf file doesnot exist so i cannot change permissons. Any ideas how to fixc that?

I have a similar problem here and had web.config problems.

After changing the Application pull it worked again...

Even trying the thing the other person suggested i couldn't make it work! so!

Whats wrong with application pull? can i fix it?
