Got this Q from one of my clients y'day.
They want to include a drop down field with a set of values in a feedback form.
Typically, the example is that they have various departments to be selected in the dropdown, and the message after selecting the department. All this is forwarded to only one email ID, so thats not a worry.
If the feedback form doesn't support this, I might have to write my own PHP script I guess. But yes, I think I will mark this to the dev team as a "good to have" feature too, where one can directly select various field types, including Checkboxes, radio buttons and so on.
Warm Regards
Sanjeev
