How to change default value of open_basedir

Hello,

I'm looking to change the default value in plesk, not the open_basedir specific for a domain. but for all domains that has default value selected.

In plesk the default open_basedir is {DOCROOT}:/tmp/ I him to be {DOCROOT}:/tmp/:{DOCROOT}/../libraries

because if I set him manually, then when I change plans by example, the open_basedir is set to the default plesk, and then my website doesn't work anymore.

I've looking for that over the web, and didn't find anything.
