How to set up a new website under a new subscription?

So I manage a PP server with 1and1.com, and I wanted to create a new website under a new subscription. I've already added the domain in my 1and1 control panel, create the new subscription in which the new domain lives. No dice, when I visit the domain, I get a 404 error. What am I doing wrong?

Thank you very much. I forgot to update this thread. I found out that I needed to restart httpd service for the change to take effect. All is good now. Thanks!
