IIS Server is not able to started on Plesk Panel

Dear All,

We are running plesk panel 11 on windows virtuzzo vps today suddenly we get started receiving "503 Service Unavailable Error"

I rebooted VPS and now iis is down.When i tried to start IIS service manually it gives error "IIS7:Cannot start service W3SVC on computer '.' "

Also tried to start Windows Process Actavation service manually but received Error Event ID 1068

All applications pools on plesk vpses are down.

Please suggest.

Have you tried to troubleshoot it with help of article http://kb.parallels.com/111289 ?
Most probably it is related to lack of VPS resources.
