Installing PEAR on Plesk

Hello everybody

How can I make pear working on a subdomain.

I installed pear on my ubuntu 12.04 with Plesk 11.09 using SSH.

When I check verifying commands with SSH it seams as if pear is installed, but when running an install test of the groupware I want to install on my subdomain it says that pear is not installed.

I want to make work pear for "my.subdomain.com".

Have any of you have experience with making pear work on a subdomain?
