Regular Pleskian
Hi,

I have Plesk panel 9.2.3 running on a centos 5.5 box.

Now, this box got messed up and i'am trying to setup a new box on another centos 5.5 box where i have installed Plesk panel 9.5.4. When i then try to install my license on this new box, i get this error message and the license is not beenig accepted:

Error: Uploaded license key is not valid.
You are trying to use license key created for other version of Parallels Plesk Panel. Contact Parallels sales representatives to get the correct license key.

Why is this happening? Is my license that i had running on Plesk panel 9.2.3 not valid on the 9.5.4 version?

Could the Paralles team please answer this question asap?

Yes, license from 9.2.x is not compatible with 9.5.x version. Contact your sales representative regarding license upgrade.

What!? Why don't we get any information regarding this when we try to update to Plesk panel to 9.5.4? And how can i get in contact with Paralles by email without having to pay for the dialog !?!

By default license will be upgraded during Plesk upgrade procedure. But if it was not upgraded for some reasons you can contact sales representative.

In my Paralles account under My Registered Products i have this:
Parallels Plesk Panel 9.x (lease) PLSK.00X00XXX.0000

So it should be valid, yes?

How do contact a sales representative? I cant find any contact forms/information where i don't need to pay for a support plan/ticket.

I prefer to contct you by email, i don't speak english that well :(

Would it be okay to send a email to SEA.sales (at) parallels.com ?
