• Hi, Pleskians! We are running a UX testing of our upcoming product intended for server management and monitoring.
We would like to invite you to have a call with us and have some fun checking our prototype. The agenda is pretty simple - we bring new design and some scenarios that you need to walk through and succeed. We will be watching and taking insights for further development of the design.
If you would like to participate, please use this link to book a meeting. We will sent the link to the clickable prototype at the meeting.
  • (Plesk for Windows):
MySQL Connector/ODBC 3.51, 5.1, and 5.3 are no longer shipped with Plesk because they have reached end of life. MariaDB Connector/ODBC 64-bit 3.2.4 is now used instead.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.

Issue Issues with Email Deliverability on Plesk Server

New Pleskian
Hi everyone,

I'm facing a frustrating issue with email deliverability on my Plesk server and could really use some help. Emails sent from my domains are either ending up in recipients' spam folders or not being delivered at all. Here are the specifics of my setup:

  • Plesk Obsidian 18.0.42 on CentOS 7.9
  • Mail server: Postfix
  • DKIM, SPF, and DMARC records are correctly configured
  • DNS settings have been verified and appear correct
  • Reverse DNS (PTR) is set up
I've checked the mail logs, and I don't see any obvious errors. My IP isn't blacklisted, and I've run multiple spam tests, all of which report low spam scores. Despite all this, the problem persists.

Has anyone experienced similar issues or have any suggestions on what else I can check or configure to improve email deliverability? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

have you tried mail-tester.com?

Send an email to the one it provides in as close to the format as one that was marked spam, so the content is the same and you should get a result.
