Mail managment - Catastrophic failure

im using plesk panel 9.0.1 without licence for 1 domain but always getting this error when i want to create mail. Im always reinstalling plesk product and win2003 but it takes long time. if i can fix it i would like to buy plesk panel licence. thanks for help.

Error: Unable to update the mail account properties:mailmng failed: Catastrophic failure (COM Error 8000FFFF, Description: Property u_name not found) at execute console command --add-mailname

try the following commands to update mail settings (run them from command line interface)
cd %plesk_bin%
mchk --fix --all

I have same problem with Merak 8.9.1 on WIndows 2012

I run

D:\Plesk\admin\bin>mchk --fix --all
command --fix not supported. Possible commands:
--help
--all
--all-domains
--global-settings
--domain
--domains
--setup-logging
--update-outgoing-messages-filter
--enable-srs

Then I try:
D:\Plesk\admin\bin>mchk --all
Catastrophic failure (COM Error 8000FFFF, Description: Property d_type not found
)
at execute console command --all

Then try again:
D:\Plesk\admin\bin>mchk --all-domains
Catastrophic failure (COM Error 8000FFFF, Description: Property d_type not found
)
at execute console command --all-domains

Please help.
