Resolved Migrating from cPanel

Plesk version and microupdate number

Version 18.0.53 Update #2

Hi,

I am trying to migrate from a cPanel server, with a root user and i get this error.
Failed to perform action: Fetch shallow data from source cPanel
Cause: SSH session not active
That is a critical error, migration was stopped.
I turned off the firewall on the cpanel server, but still it is not connceting.

Can you login through SSH to your old server (by using PuTTY or going direct from Linux ssh) using the very same hostname, loginname and password that you entered into Plesk Migrator?
