Migration Error When Choosing Source Plateform

Hello,

I've a problem with the migration manager. When i try to launch a migration i get the following error at the stage where you choose the migration plateform:

Some fields are empty or contain an improper value.

I saw an answer about this issue in another thread about OpenSSL but i don't have the error in /var/log/messages.

I think personnaly that there's a problem with the firewall since when i disable it the migration process works. The problem is that all the rules seems correct and the migration manager can connect to it since it can show the following information of the source server:

Hosting platform/version Plesk 7.5.4 FedoraCore 3
Load average on the host 0.29 0.20 0.13
Operating system Linux

The destination server is on 8.2.0.

Any idea ?

Thanks in advance

Hello

Check PMM log files, usually you can find them in /usr/local/psa/PMM/var/. See also
how the server should be prepared for the migration:
http://kb.swsoft.com/en/2112

Ensure you have ssh 2 on the source and destination server, PMM doesn't work with ssh 1.

Hello,

Thanks for the reply. I've checked all you gave and everything seems fine. It's then defenetly something with the firewall but still not able to figure it out (i've tryed with opening all ports and i can succesfully ping the source server on the port 22).

Really strange.

Any solution for this problem?

I got the same error message:
"Some fields are empty or contain an improper value."

System:
Opensuse 10.2
Plesk 8.2.1

Thanks.
