• Halloween is coming! To celebrate the occasion, we dusted off a couple of old skins, and even created a brand new one (Pixel).
To get into the festive spirit, install the Skins extension.
  • The new Python extension is now available. It allows customers to deploy and manage WSGI-based Python applications on their websites directly from Plesk.
  • The Plesk Mobile apps for iOS and Android and the Plesk Mobile Center extension have been deprecated, and are no longer available for new installations. In Plesk Obsidian 18.0.84, the Plesk Mobile Center extension will be removed from servers during the upgrade, and the Plesk Mobile apps will lose their server management features.
  • The Social Login extension has been deprecated and will be removed in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.84. After that, it will no longer be possible to log in to Plesk with a Google, Facebook, GitHub account, or with a passkey. Plesk usernames and passwords, as well as logging in with a WebPros Account, are not affected.

Issue Migration error

adpronet

New Pleskian
Server operating system version
AlmaLinux 8
Plesk version and microupdate number
Plesk Obsidian 18.0.65 Update #1
I performed a migration, everything went smoothly except for one subscription.

subscription-status-error.png
Failed to convert DNS records for subscription '****'
Migration for that subscription is considered completely failed. No further actions are performed for it.
Migration tools tried to perform operation in 3 attempts: encoding with 'idna' codec failed (UnicodeError: label empty or too long)

Many thanks

1. Login to Plesk (Source Server)

2. Go to Domains>example.com>Hosting & DNS>DNS Settings

3. Correct/remove the incorrect DNS Record

4. Login to Plesk (Destination Server)

5. Under Plesk Migrator, click on "select subscriptions to migrate", select the affected domain/subscription and then migrate again

Either check logs it if shows more specific errors
  • /usr/local/psa/var/modules/panel-migrator/logs/
  • /usr/local/psa/var/modules/panel-migrator/sessions/
  • /usr/local/psa/PMM/logs/migration-<datetime>
Or contact support team for them to check it in detail.
