migration from 12.0.18 to 12.5. failed

Hi,

try to use the migration tool on destination server with CentOS 7 and Plesk 12.5
from source server CentOS 5 with Plesk 12.0.18 (MySql 5.0.95)

the migration stopped with an error , now the Plesk Version on source server does not work correctly:

Internal error: MySQL query failed: Unknown column 'fp' in 'field list'
Message MySQL query failed: Unknown column 'fp' in 'field list'

Type PleskMainDBException

so i asked me what the migration tool done wit the db on source server
and is it generally possible to do this migration?
an upgrade on source server to plesk 12.5 is also not possible and end with error

can someone help me?
