migration from linux to windows not connect

i am trying to connect to my linux plesk 8.1 but from windows it dont allow me to connect to linux server through migration manager interface.

error is :

Unable to get host info: Unable to run migrmng: Unrecoverable network error occured.

Enter login and password of a system account with administrator's rights.

i have twice check password is correct and root and admin both are sudo users.

plz help
