Migration issues from Plesk10 to Plesk 12

Hello

I am trying to migrate from Plesk 10 Windows on 2008 Win server to Plesk 12 on same server. Each migration process creates users, subscriptions but could not create website or emails and each failed migration logs following:

WARNING: (reseller object '1uphost') Execution of "C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\bin\reseller_pref.exe" --update 1uphost -total_mboxes_quota 1048576000B -ignore-nonexistent-options failed with return code 1.

Stderr is

An error occurred during updating of customer settings: Total mailboxes quota is not supported by the mail server

How can I bypass this and complete the migration. An urgent response is highly appreciated as we really need to complete this migration at the earliest.

can you confirm if the mail server is properly installed on 12 server. Also what is 2012 server edition. 2012 has limitations with editions.
