• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Greetings,
when i try to make backup of mssql 2012 on plesk 11.5 i have the following error:

Error: dbbackup failed: Unable to backup database 'DBANME'
Unable to open connection: A specified logon session does not exist. It may already have been terminated.

i already configured temp/network directory,

any help will be appreciated,

Check that you have Home -> Tools & Settings -> Database Servers -> "mssql.db.com" -> Username -> "mssql.db.com\Administrator" instead of just "Administrator"

Hi,
thank you for reply but problem still exist,

new error: Could not find file '\\SERVER\folder\sql server 2012 provided folder\database name\db backup name'
I'm able to access \\SERVER via windows explorer,
i tried a remote server and sharing folder on same server but same server,
Regards,

As far as I remember there were some problems with backup to shared folders. I wouldn't recommend use it.

check if administrator user and psaadm, psacyln and psasrv users are having correct permissions.
