Hello,
I'm currently testing PLESK.
I have configured my environnement with some tests domain and ALL works fine.
I only have an issue with emails sent by plesk system. IE reseller email account creation. All system emails are sent without SPF nor DKIM signature and are marked as spam.
I don't have this issue with others customers domains.

Thanks in advance

SPF needs to be configured in your nameserver. Are you using Plesk as the nameserver for the domain (is it set in your domain to be the authoritative nameserver)?

DKIM must be activated in the mail settings of the domain. If you use Plesk as nameserver, it will configure the necessary records there for your. Else you need to create the record according to instructions given after aktivating it right next to the DKIM line in on the configuration page yourself.

Hello,
yes I use Plesk as nameserver. The SOA record point to my server also for the domain.
SPF and DKIM are activated and DNS entries has been created. You can find them when you check with online DNS checker tools.

AFAIK currently there is no DKIM implementation for mails sent on behalf of the host. There is a UserVoice request that started this year on this functionality, please vote for it, if this is something you would like to see in Plesk:

In an old support article an engineer suggested to create a hosted domain with the host name, because for that domain DKIM can be created. However, this would need to be tested by you if that is still valid.
