  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Issue No version above 18.0.28 available for upgrade

Basic Pleskian
Hi,
Brand new server, came with 18.0.25 and I was able to upgrade to 18.0.28 using the interface, but there is no option for anything higher than that. Normally I wouldn't care, but I am trying to migrate from another plesk server that runs version 18.0.29 (the update screen gives the option to upgrade further to 18.0.30). Does it have to do with the OS? is there a way to force the upgrade.
Error message from migration tool:
Version of Plesk on the target server (18.0.28) is lower than version of Plesk on the source server 'source' (18.0.29). Migration to lower version of Plesk is not supported by migration tool.

Target server:

CPUIntel Core Processor (Haswell, no TSX) (4 core(s))
VersionPlesk Obsidian v18.0.28_build1800200720.10 os_Debian 8.0
OSDebian 8.11

Source server:

CPUIntel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2683 v3 @ 2.00GHz (2 core(s))
VersionPlesk Obsidian v18.0.29_build1800200825.21 os_CentOS 7
OSCentOS Linux 7.8.2003 (Core)

Your target server uses Debian 8, which is not supported by Plesk anymore (so no new versions). See also Feature Deprecation Plan

I suggest using a more modern OS supported by Plesk, such as Debian 10 or 9.
